Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate NEET Faculty with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience to join our academic team in Valsad Gujarat. This role is critical in shaping the academic success of aspiring medical students by delivering high-quality instruction fostering a dynamic learning environment and ensuring students are well-prepared for the NEET examination. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject matter expertise in Physics Chemistry and Biology along with a proven ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire student performance. The faculty member will play a key role in curriculum delivery student assessment and academic development contributing to the institutions mission of excellence in medical entrance education.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lectures on NEET syllabus topics in Biology
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with NEET exam patterns and syllabus updates
- Conduct regular assessments and provide timely feedback to monitor student progress
- Identify learning gaps and offer personalized guidance to struggling students
- Collaborate with the academic team to refine teaching strategies and improve learning outcomes
- Stay updated with NEET exam trends changes in syllabus and new question patterns
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Science (.) with a strong academic background in Biology
- Postgraduate qualification (.) in any of the core subjects preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching NEET aspirants
- Proven track record of improving student performance in competitive exams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced academic environment with a focus on results
