Job Summary


Are you a proactive relationship professional with a passion for building profitable client partnerships and driving growth in a dynamic banking environment

We are Partnering with a Top Banking Institution in the country who is seeking a season Professional as a RELATIONSHIP MANAGER grade levels of a BO to MANAGER. The role requires a visionary experienced strategist capable of driving sales increasing client retention and satisfaction Either as Corporate Retail OR Commercial Relationship Manager within Lagos Nigeria.

The ideal candidate is expected to: Manage and grow assigned customer portfolios by deepening relationships increasing wallet share and ensuring excellent service delivery. Drive deposit mobilization credit growth and cross-selling of the banks products in line with set targets. Monitor client risk profiles ensure compliance with KYC AML and internal credit policies.


Requirements


  • Strong relationship management sales and negotiation skills with proven target achievement.

  • Good understanding of banking products credit analysis and regulatory requirements in Nigeria.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high service standards.

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Banking Business Administration Economics or a related field.

  • Minimum of 6 years banking experience depending on grade level (ABO to Manager).

  • Relevant professional certification (ACIB or equivalent) is an added advantage.
