We are Partnering with a Top Banking Institution in the country who is seeking a season Professional as a RELATIONSHIP MANAGER grade levels of a BO to MANAGER. The role requires a visionary experienced strategist capable of driving sales increasing client retention and satisfaction Either as Corporate Retail OR Commercial Relationship Manager within Lagos Nigeria.
The ideal candidate is expected to: Manage and grow assigned customer portfolios by deepening relationships increasing wallet share and ensuring excellent service delivery. Drive deposit mobilization credit growth and cross-selling of the banks products in line with set targets. Monitor client risk profiles ensure compliance with KYC AML and internal credit policies.
Requirements
Strong relationship management sales and negotiation skills with proven target achievement.
Good understanding of banking products credit analysis and regulatory requirements in Nigeria.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high service standards.
Bachelors degree in Finance Banking Business Administration Economics or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years banking experience depending on grade level (ABO to Manager).
Relevant professional certification (ACIB or equivalent) is an added advantage.
