As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for the companys market entry and revenue growth for poultry feed supplements concentrates and veterinary drugs.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy to penetrate the Nigerian poultry industry.
Team Building: Recruit train and mentor a high-performing nationwide sales force.
Distribution Management: Establish and manage partnerships with distributors retailers and veterinary clinics.
Stakeholder Relations: Build lasting relationships with poultry farmers cooperatives and industry influencers.
Leadership: Set ambitious sales targets and ensure the achievement of company growth objectives.
Qualifications :
What You Bring to the Table:
Technical Expertise: A strong background in Agriculture Engineering and Animal Science with functional knowledge of poultry disease and nutrition.
Proven Track Record: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience specifically within the animal feed and feed supplements sector.
Entrepreneurial Drive: Proven ability to create new markets and scale a business from the ground up.
Leadership: Experience in recruiting and managing a sales team is essential.
Communication: Exceptional persuasive skills and the ability to represent the company professionally at all levels.
