Our client is a nonprofit organization supporting young people to solve problems in their community. They help Nigerians deliver real long-lasting community solutions using a disciplined model built on: Co-contribution (shared ownership by the Community Solution Manager (CSM) and community) Independent multi-party validation and Milestone-based funding tied to evidence and transparent reporting.

Role Summary

The Project Manager will drive end-to-end delivery of the NGOs projects from intake and feasibility review to validation milestone execution close-out and impact reporting. This is a hands-on execution role. You will manage multiple moving parts at once (people budgets timelines vendors documentation and stakeholders) while keeping every project aligned to the NGOs model.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Portfolio Management: Turn proposals into clear implementation plans and deliver multiple projects on schedule through structured tracking and weekly follow-through.

NGOs Trust System: Enforce the NGOs model across projects.

Budgeting & Controls: Review and strengthen project budgets track spend vs plan and keep audit-ready documentation to ensure value-for-money and accountability.

Partner Enablement & Reporting: Package projects for partners (proof cases) and produce evidence-backed updates.

Ideal Candidate Persona

Impact Driven: You are an impact-driven operator with experience in the development sector with a minimum of 3 years experience as a project manager.

Project Planning and Delivery Skills: You can break down scope manage

dependencies people and deliver under real-world constraints.

Writing and Documentation: You can produce clear project briefs implementation

plans progress updates partner-ready reports and stakeholder emails without

needing heavy editing.

Soft Skills:

You have ownership and follow-through.

Clear ability to work

independently with minimal supervision.

Can communicate clearly (including in difficult situations)

Manage stakeholders with diplomacy and stay calm when priorities compete.

You are proactive organized and integrity-led.
