Position Description
We are looking for a skilled Oracle PL/SQL Developer with strong experience in developing and optimizing database-driven applications. The role involves building high-quality PL/SQL solutions collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring database performance scalability and reliability

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Develop maintain and enhance Oracle PL/SQL code for enterprise applications
Design and optimize stored procedures functions triggers and packages based on business needs
Perform PL/SQL and SQL performance tuning to improve database efficiency
Collaborate with developers business analysts and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions
Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and data processing (if applicable)
Troubleshoot and debug PL/SQL code and existing scripts
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and data integrity issues
Stay current with Oracle PL/SQL development trends and best practices

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.


Must-Have Skills
6 years of experience as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer with Performance Tuning.
Strong expertise in PL/SQL (procedures functions packages triggers exception handling)
Strong hands-on experience with PL/SQL collections
Solid understanding of Oracle database architecture
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and within a team

Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Unix shell scripting (bash ksh csh)
Knowledge of Unix/Linux OS and command-line utilities
Experience with scheduling tools such as cron and job automation frameworks
Hands-on experience with database performance tuning techniques
Familiarity with basic Oracle DBA tasks
Experience with version control and CI/CD tools (Git Jenkins)
Domain knowledge in wealth management
Experience working in an Agile development environment
