Role Overview

We are hiring a driven candidate (01 years experience) who wants to build a career in B2B sales and business growth.

Your core responsibility will be generating qualified conversations through LinkedIn outreach and supporting our business development pipeline.

This role requires consistency structured communication and disciplined daily execution. It is not a passive desk job.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify target e-commerce founders and brands

Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and follow-ups

Write customized outreach messages (no copy-paste communication)

Track leads and responses in CRM / Google Sheets

Qualify prospects and schedule meetings

Maintain daily outreach and follow-up targets

Coordinate with the internal team for campaign alignment

Eligibility Criteria

Any graduate

01 years of experience

Strong written/verbal English communication skills

Comfortable using LinkedIn and Google Sheets

Self-disciplined and target-driven

Able to handle rejection and maintain consistency
