Working Hour: 40 hours per week Monday Friday 9am5pm on-call rota participation

Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role within residential childcare

An experienced confident and resilient Registered Manager with a proven background in childrens residential care. You will be passionate about delivering high standards of care and leading a home that supports positive outcomes for children and young people.
You will:
Lead the overall management and performance of the home in line with the Statement of Purpose
Ensure compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 / CIW frameworks
Maintain exceptional standards of safeguarding and care
Lead supervise and motivate staff teams
Oversee care planning to meet emotional educational and therapeutic needs
Prepare for and manage inspections audits and Regulation 44 visits
Manage rotas staffing levels and operational resources
Contribute to budgets and operational decision-making
Promote trauma-informed inclusive and therapeutic practice
