Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with strong hands-on experience in Full Stack development and React. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery while collaborating closely with engineering teams stakeholders and clients to ensure timely high-quality outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery from requirement gathering to deployment
Define project scope timelines milestones and deliverables
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Development QA UI/UX DevOps)
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews retrospectives)
Act as a bridge between clients stakeholders and technical teams
Track project progress risks and dependencies and provide regular status updates
Ensure timely delivery within scope budget and quality standards
Review technical architecture design and code for quality and scalability
Provide technical guidance to teams working and React
Handle change requests and manage client expectations
Ensure adherence to SDLC coding standards and best practices
Monitor quality metrics and ensure proper testing before releases

Qualifications :

Technical Skills:
Strong experience Core / .NET Framework
Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
Hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6) HTML CSS
Knowledge of state management tools (Redux / Context API)
Experience with SQL Server and database design
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git)
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

Additional Information :

Project Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience using tools like JIRA Azure DevOps or similar
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
