Job Summary

  • Lead and manage two key business lines: Account Managers and Back Office teams.
  • Drive the implementation of sales and operational strategies within the Business Information area.
  • Support the development of new products and services ensuring revenue growth through effective team and process management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients overseeing strategic contract management.
  • Act as a trusted partner in negotiations with major clients and engage with decision-makers at the highest level.
  • Ensure compliance with group procedures and regulatory requirements while optimizing customer service and sales processes.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in managing sales and operational teams preferably in the Business Information or related sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit develop and motivate team leaders and their teams.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify new market opportunities and expand product portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of performance management KPI monitoring and cost control.
  • Ability to prepare analyses forecasts and reports for senior management.
  • Vry good command of English both spoken and written.
