The opportunity

Global Analytics (GA) is EYs central engine for AIpowered insights within Global Finance. We bring together data science engineering and product development to deliver predictive and prescriptive analytics that support revenue growth margin optimization forecasting and market activation.

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Translator & Insights Lead a visible businessfacing role focused on turning advanced analytics into actionable insights driving adoption and enabling senior leaders to make datadriven decisions.

Your key responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Storytelling:

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Global Finance and Markets
• Deliver demos insight sessions and valuedriven narratives
• Represent GA in leadership meetings roadshows and global forums
• Drive communication campaigns and create highquality content (presentations briefs videos)

Insight Generation & Analysis:

• Conduct adhoc analytical deep dives (Excel Power BI; SQL/ThoughtSpot for advanced users)
• Interpret model outputs and connect them to market or operational signals
• Translate business questions into structured analytical requirements
• Identify new opportunities for analytics innovation

Collaboration & Product Influence:

• Partner with data scientists engineers and product owners on product improvements
• Provide constructive challenge on model performance logic and user experience
• Support Agile ceremonies user testing and sprint reviews
• Track user needs measure engagement and drive product adoption

Driving a Data & AI Culture:

• Design enablement programs workshops and academystyle sessions
• Build and nurture internal communities of analytics users
• Identify new stakeholder groups for GA solutions
• Promote experimentation and creative communication approaches

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong experience in analytics BI or financial analysis
• Excellent communication storytelling and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex topics and influence without authority
• Curiosity creativity and comfort with fastpaced agile environments
• Strong relationshipbuilding and stakeholder management skills

To qualify for the role you must have

• High proficiency in Excel and ability to perform independent adhoc analytics
• Solid understanding of predictive/ML concepts
• Moderate to advanced Power BI skills
• Experience using Copilot or similar GenAI tools
• Experience working with senior stakeholders

Ideally youll also have

• Handson experience with Python or R or AutoML platforms (Azure ML Dataiku DataRobot Databricks)
• Familiarity with SQL ThoughtSpot DevOps or Agile tools
• Background in data science ML experimentation or model evaluation
• Visual communication or content creation skills
