About the Team & the Position
AEMO is embarking on a technology uplift program designed to modernise systems enhance operational efficiency and shape the future of the energy landscape. This large-scale transformation will impact our organisation and the broader industry. To guide our people and stakeholders through this change we are seeking a seasoned and strategic Program Communications & Engagement Manager. You will be the architect of the programs narrative responsible for ensuring clear consistent and compelling communication that inspires confidence drives adoption and maintains alignment across the entire organisation.
The Program Communications & Engagement Manager is a senior strategic role responsible for developing and executing the overarching communications and engagement strategy for our technology portfolio. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the Program Director and the leadership team crafting executive-level messaging and managing all program-wide communications channels. Working in a dynamic and secure environment you will collaborate extensively with internal communications government relations and stakeholder teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned narrative that supports the programs strategic objectives.
