About the Role:
HP is currently seeking a dynamic individual to be a Partner Business Manager in Western Australia to help develop and continue to grow several key channel partners across their wider HP product portfolio. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills who is passionate about building relationships someone who can lead partnerships and individuals to drive win-win outcomes at every turn. You will have an inner drive to want to make a difference a keen eye to notice areas for improvement and a curiosity to want to be part of something different. Were looking for visionaries who are ready to make an impact on the way the world works.
Key Responsibilities: -
Build strategic relationships in assigned partner accounts ensuring long term business opportunities for HP
Lead partners on a journey to deliver solution and products as a service (Xaas)
Create and manage HP funnel for deals with partners transforming potential leads into joint sales activities and enable accurate forecasting
Assist the Lead PBM for state support partners to execute on joint activities and initiatives in assigned territory
Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives financial targets and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
Serve as the HP trusted advisor to the partner and the conduit to other areas of the business
Present to partners/customers at all levels
Promote HP offerings to become a key part of the partners business and solutions
Assist in selling HP brand to end-customers where required by partners
Provide business rationale and risk assessment for making investments with partners
Proactively assess clarify and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Travel interstate as required for company events
Experience Skills and Qualifications:-
University or Bachelors degree preferred but not mandatory
Demonstrable track record of sales experience at end-user account or partner level
Strong relationship building skills
Presentation skills
Several years experience selling to partners preferably in a complex environment
Direct B2B sales experience
Understanding of the personal computer market including competing vendors and the channel
Understanding of the WA market
Strong understanding of business/finance metrics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Thorough understanding and experience of go-to-market strategies
