Lead regular project standups to track progress identify risks and resolve barriers this role you will build strong relationships with assessors hospital teams and referral partners. Manage partnerships with Support at Home providers. Work with Marketing and Insights teams to support targeted acquisition will lead a small team by fostering a constructive supportive and improvementfocused culture that encourages accountability collaboration and professional growth.
