Role Overview
TheSenior DirectorGlobal Workplace Strategy & Experienceowns the global workplace and real estateoperatingmodel translating business strategy into a scalable employee-centered workplace experience. This role combines portfolio strategy operational leadership and culture enablement with direct accountability for global execution.
Reporting to theChief People Officer the Senior Director serves as the executive owner of workplace strategyadvisingsenior leadership on portfolio decisions hybrid work implications and long-term footprint planning.
This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office.
Key Responsibilities
Global Real Estate & Workplace Strategy
- Own and evolve the global real estate and workplace strategy aligned to business growth hybrid work and financialobjectives.
- Lead real estate portfolio planning including siteselection expansions consolidations and exits.
- Provide executive recommendations on long-term footprint strategy and cost optimization.
Facilities & Operations Leadership
- Establish global facilities and workplace operating standards and governance.
- Lead regional workplace leaders and facilities teams across all geographies.
- Ensure consistent high-quality operations safety and service delivery worldwide.
- Oversee vendor strategy andsomeglobal contracts.
Workplace Experience & Culture Integration
- Design workplace experiences that reinforce culture inclusion and collaboration.
- Partner with Talent Management EX and Culture teams to align physical space with employee experience strategy.
- Lead hybrid and on-site experience models that balance flexibility productivity and connection.
Health Safety Security & Risk
- Own global health safety and workplace risk management frameworks.
- Partner with Security and Legal on crisis management emergency preparedness and compliance.
- Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance across all regions.
Executive Partnership & Leadership
- Act as the executive advisor on workplace and real estate matters to the CPO and senior leadership team.
- Lead workplace integration for acquisitions and globalexpansions.
- Own global workplace budgets forecasting and performance metrics.
- Build and develop a high-performing global team.

Experience & Profile
- 810 years in global real estate workplace or corporate services leadership

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $140000 - $175000 depending on location and experience.
