What Youll Do:
- Manage and lead a team of Dock & Door Technicians and Team Leads across your territory
- Oversee preventative maintenance repairs installations and troubleshooting of:
- Loading dock levelers (hydraulic mechanical air-powered)
- Overhead/sectional doors and high-speed industrial doors
- Safety barriers vehicle restraints dock seals and shelters
- Dock accessories and warehouse safety equipment
- Conduct ride alongs job site visits and in-field evaluations
- Serve as the main point of contact for key customers ensuring proactive communication and service excellence
- Promote a safety-first high-performing positive team culture
- Monitor technician performance productivity and billable hours
- Approve weeklytime cards and conduct performance reviews
- Audit work orders for accuracy completeness and profitability
- Provide hands-on technical support for escalated issues
- Support operational improvements and best practices
- Perform all other duties as assigned
