Were looking for Salesforce & CRM Administrator who will work within the Business Development & Marketing team and supports the administration data integrity and reporting governance of Salesforce CRM data used for regional growth business development and marketing activities across AMEAPAC.

What youll do:

  • Maintain data quality across accounts contacts leads and opportunities

  • Collect cleanse de-duplicate and maintain contact data

  • Support accurate account hierarchies and ownership structures

  • Ensure completeness and consistency of non-financial CRM metadata (e.g. sector application lead source)

  • Produce standard Salesforce reports and data extracts

  • Support workflows validation rules and controlled system changes

  • Maintain documentation of CRM standards and processes

Youll have the following skills and experience:

  • 36 years experience as a Salesforce or CRM Administrator

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration and administration experience

  • High attention to detail and a structured process-driven approach

  • Comfortable working within defined standards and controls

  • Bachelors degree
