Job Summary
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 6 years
- Strong Salesforce experience with hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization
- Proficiency in Apex LWC (Lightning Web Components) and SOQL.
- Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows Validation Rules and Process Automation.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or finance systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and reviewing great quality code.
- Design configure and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements
- Configure CPQ components including Products Price Rules Product Rules Discount Schedules Quote Templates and Advanced Approvals.
- Support and optimize end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and customize solutions using Apex LWC SOQL and Lightning components.
- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with external systems such as Billing ERP and Finance platforms.
- Troubleshoot CPQ-related issues and ensure system performance and stability.
- Participate in unit testing system testing UAT and deployment activities.
- Provide post-production support and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
