Your role will involve:

  • Assist with managing Control access for contractors for Catering Cleaning & Waste Management M&E and Fabric Maintenance Vending and general visitors.
  • Understand the relevant Operating Framework SLAs and site-specific instructions and in particular the emergency procedures and contingency plans.
  • Understand the requirements of Fujitsus Safety/Environment/Business Management Systems
  • Act as main point of contact for the Facilities Manager during their absence from the premises escalating any issues to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
  • Out of hours support to site maybe required on an ad-hoc basis to underpin the Incidents and Escalations Procedure and support sites to minimise impact to business from occurrences.
  • Support the efficient operation of the Mailroom and Goods Received/Despatched functions to include courier requests.
  • Provide a focal point for building residents offering a high level of Customer Service on a daily basis through face to face telephone and email communications.
  • Conducting routine Housekeeping and H&S inspections of the premises; arranging for resolution of any issues or escalating to the Facilities Manager.
  • To assist with the management of meeting room bookings and specific resident requests
  • Exhibit effective organisation skills
  • Able to clearly communicate with contractors and stakeholders
  • Good Time management and able to prioritise own and others workload to achieve desired results
  • Understand MS office and able to use applications
  • Have an eye for detail
