Job Summary

Mechatronics Engineer (Water & Industrial Systems) Cape Town - R20 000 to R25 000

We are recruiting a Mechatronics Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team focused on the design automation and optimisation of advanced water filtration and treatment systems

Key highlights of the role:

Design and integrate mechanical electrical and control systems for industrial equipment
Develop and support automation solutions (PLC HMI VSDs)
Commission test and troubleshoot systems on-site and in-house
Contribute to continuous improvement compliance and technical documentation

Requirements:

Degree in Mechatronics or related engineering discipline
25 years of experience in mechatronic systems automation or industrial environments
PLC experience (Siemens preferred) and strong understanding of sensors motors and control systems
Experience in water treatment or process industries is advantageous
