Location: Lisbon Portugal
Onsite position Relocation required
Introduction
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Representative to join an international client support team in Lisbon Portugal. In this role you will handle incoming customer inquiries for the Dutch-speaking market providing high-quality service and solutions that ensure excellent customer experiences.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers speaks Dutch fluently and is excited to work in a multicultural service centre environment.
Relocation is required for this opportunity.
A full relocation package is provided including flight tickets hotel accommodation and relocation assistance.
We can proceed only with candidates who have an EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal.
Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone email or chat
- Provide accurate information on products services billing accounts and technical issues
- Listen attentively to customers to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions

Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required

Document all interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems

Meet defined customer service quality and performance standards

Support teammates and contribute to a positive team culture
Requirements

Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is essential

Good command of English
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles (call centre help desk or related) is a strong advantage

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-centric attitude with a willingness to help and learn

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory)
