Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities managing key customer relationships and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets while supporting the companys go-to-market initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and target accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets and KPIs.
- Present products and solutions effectively to key customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team on go-to-market strategies.
- Manage and grow assigned markets and key accounts.
- Represent the company at industry events meetings and conferences.
- Track sales performance and prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or related field.
- 24 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong negotiation networking and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic and creative thinker with strong execution capability.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to company culture.
- Familiar with CRM or business systems (advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
