Job Summary:
The position is responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resources and Administrative functions ensuring effective recruitment staff management compensation performance evaluation workplace safety and overall HR operations aligned with organizational goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment selection onboarding and staff orientation processes
- Manage employee records ID issuance attendance leave and performance evaluations
- Oversee compensation benefits allowances and payroll coordination with banks
- Monitor HR costs budget tracking and prepare management reports
- Support strategic planning and annual staff evaluations
- Supervise administrative operations including transportation correspondence meetings and internal communications
- Ensure workplace health and safety compliance
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships across the organization
Key Performance Indicators:
- Monthly HR & Administration cost reporting
- Staff turnover rate
- Budget management and tracking
- Internal communication effectiveness
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR Management Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal organizational and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently meet deadlines and handle pressure
- Willingness to travel when required and deliver presentations effectively
