We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager Talent & Learning to drive people development strengthen leadership capability and build a high-performance culture within our organization. This role plays a key part in shaping talent strategy and supporting sustainable organizational growth.
Main Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services
- Partner with leadership to align people strategy with organizational goals
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Lead manpower planning and build strong talent pipelines
3. Learning & Development
- Develop and execute learning strategies to enhance employee capability
- Implement leadership development and succession planning programs
- Promote a culture of continuous learning
4. Talent Management
- Oversee performance management systems
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Support career development and internal mobility
5. HR Data Analytics & Reporting
- Utilize HR data and analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor KPIs related to workforce performance and development
Main Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
- 58 years of experience in HR Talent Management or Learning & Development
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in NGO or mission-driven organizations is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Good English proficiency
