Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to manage and strengthen vendor sourcing procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying reliable suppliers negotiating contracts ensuring cost optimization and maintaining quality and timely delivery as per organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Identify evaluate and onboard new vendors/suppliers as per business needs
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize cost quality and delivery
Negotiate pricing contracts and payment terms with vendors
Manage vendor relationships and conduct periodic performance evaluations
Coordinate with internal teams (projects finance operations) to ensure smooth procurement processes
Ensure timely procurement of materials/services as per project schedules
Monitor market trends supplier capabilities and industry developments
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards
Resolve vendor-related issues and discrepancies efficiently
Maintain proper documentation related to sourcing contracts and vendor records

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze costs and optimize procurement budgets
Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement-related documentation
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
