Shizen Energy India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Tendering Manager who can independently manage the complete tendering process from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling government and private tenders technical documentation costing and coordination with internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end tendering activities independently from tender identification to submission.
Study and analyze tender documents BOQs technical specifications and commercial terms.
Prepare complete tender documentation including technical commercial and financial bids.
Coordinate with engineering procurement finance and project teams for inputs and approvals.
Prepare cost estimations pricing strategies and final bid submissions.
Handle pre-bid meetings clarifications and tender queries.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements timelines and statutory norms.
Maintain proper records of tenders bid status and follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients and consultants during post-bid discussions and negotiations.
Track awarded tenders and support handover to execution teams.

Key Skills & Requirements

5 to 10 years of proven experience in tendering preferably in the electrical / energy / EPC industry.
Strong knowledge of tendering procedures BOQ analysis and costing.
Ability to handle tenders independently from start to finish.
Preferably a Diploma / BE / in Electrical Engineering.
Good understanding of government and private tender portals.
Strong analytical documentation and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel Word and tender-related documentation tools.
