We are looking for a seasoned Senior Client Introduction Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP operations specifically Maconomy and Mediaocean. This role is pivotal in overseeing client onboarding ERP system management and ensuring smooth troubleshooting and communication with internal teams. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team responsible for daily ERP operations ensuring seamless client onboarding set-up and ongoing job ownership.
Client Onboarding & ERP Operations: Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process in Maconomy and Mediaocean ensuring data accuracy timely setup and smooth operation across all client systems.
Contract Interpretation & Compliance: Review and interpret client contracts to ensure ERP configurations billing structures and operational workflows align with contractual obligations. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Multi-Currency & Tax Configuration: Ensure ERP systems are correctly configured to handle multi-currency transactions and tax requirements across different regions in line with client contracts and local regulations.
Team Collaboration: Act as the main liaison between the Client Coordination Master Data and Revenue teams ensuring effective communication and troubleshooting of ERP-related issues.
Troubleshooting & Solution Delivery: Take ownership of troubleshooting requests providing clear concise and effective resolutions to ERP issues while coordinating with other teams as necessary.
Client & Vendor Set-up: Ensure that all client and vendor data is accurately set up in the ERP systems monitoring ongoing maintenance and making sure data integrity is maintained.
Performance Monitoring: Track and manage the performance of ERP systems ensuring all jobs are properly monitored set-up maintained and closed in accordance with company procedures.
Documentation & Reporting: Document all support requests solutions and follow-ups comprehensively and ensure issues are tracked through to resolution.
Escalation & Support: Escalate unresolved issues promptly and provide timely feedback to internal teams ensuring user requests are handled efficiently.
Process Improvement: Offer suggestions for improving the efficiency of ERP operations and provide feedback from end users to enhance overall system performance.

Qualifications / Requirements
A minimum of 8 years of experience managing ERP systems (Maconomy and Mediaocean preferred).
Extensive experience in the advertising or related industries with strong knowledge of industry-standard business practices.
Proven experience leading a team and managing complex client onboarding processes.
Demonstrated ability to read interpret and apply client contract terms to operational and financial system setup.
Strong understanding of multi-currency processing international tax rules and regional compliance requirements within ERP systems.
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management including compliance tracking risk identification and change control.
Accounting experience preferred particularly in relation to ERP financial workflows billing structures and revenue recognition.
Excellent organisational time management and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot ERP-related issues efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
