Job Description – Portfolio Manager (Mortgage)
Location: Rajkot
CTC: Up to 4 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Product: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (HL/LAP)
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Portfolio Manager to manage retain and deepen relationships within the existing Mortgage customer base. The role focuses on portfolio health customer engagement and cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the portfolio of existing HL/LAP customers
• Ensure timely follow-ups query resolution and service support
• Strengthen customer relationships to enhance retention and product usage
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking & insurance products
• Monitor account behaviour and escalate early warning signals
• Generate new client references from existing customers
• Maintain accurate records and client interaction updates
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer service
