Job Summary
Inventory Executive-Automobile-Althan-25k
Location: Althan Surat
Experience: 1-3 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day inventory and stock records
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely updates
- Handle Purchase Orders (PO) creation tracking and coordination
- Monitor inward and outward stock movement
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
- Ensure proper storage organization and labeling of inventory
- Coordinate with procurement warehouse and operations teams
- Update inventory details in inventory management software / ERP
system
- Prepare inventory reports and share with management as required
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in stock management & inventory control
- Hands-on experience with inventory software / ERP
- Uniware software knowledge preferred
- Basic knowledge of procurement & PO process
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in warehouse or operations environment
- Immediate or short notice period preferred
