Job Summary

Check Surgerycompleted/admission donesmart view on a daily basis tomonitor the discharges for theday

- Send a discharge reminder tothe Hospital and follow - up fordischarge documents
- Validation of the final billdischarge summary OT noteswithin 30 mins TAT oncereceived from the Hospital
- Billing dispute managementwith the Hospital
- Follow up with TPA forapproval if TAT Exceeds >4hours

- Reviewing the final approvalcopy for irrelevant deductions/rejections
- Validation of OOP amountand collection of paid receipts
- Facilitate the OOP disputemanagement between thepatient and Hospital
- Email sign off andacknowledgement on MBshare (within 24-48 hrs)
- Daily tally with Hospitals ondischarge and billing
