Spa Receptionist

The Role

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal on the Mornington Peninsula.

We are expanding our team in the Spa and seeking an experienced Spa Receptionist to join our luxury wellness space. As the first point of contact in the Spa you will manage seamless check-in and check-out processes provide personalised retail and product recommendations and provide refreshments that enhance the guest experience. This role is central to creating memorable and personalised experiences for each guest and will suit someone with a passion for wellness strong retail capability and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

This is a permanent part-time position availability on Monday Wednesday and Saturday a must.

We offer a competitive hourly rate superannuation plus penalty rates.

About You

• You have recent experience in a similar role
• You are knowledgeable about the beauty and wellness industry
• You have a Diploma of Beauty Therapy (desirable but not essential)
• You are guest centric a team player and have a positive attitude
• You have excellent personal presentation standards and strong communication skills
• You are capable reliable and responsible
• You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
