Receptionist Temp 6 weeks
Job Summary
Metro Housing is a small community-focused housing provider committed to supporting safe secure and affordable housing for our tenants. The team are needing a friendly and reliable Temporary Receptionist to provide front desk cover for a 6-week period in March - April.
About the RoleAs the first point of contact you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for tenants visitors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception and incoming calls
- Greet tenants visitors and contractors in a professional manner
- Handle general enquiries and direct requests appropriately
- Provide basic administrative support (filing scanning data entry)
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
- Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
- Friendly professional and approachable manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable organised and able to manage busy periods
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Experience in community housing property or not-for-profit sector (desirable but not essential) What We Offer
