Role Details

We are currently looking for a Receptionist / Administration Assistant for our client located in Cockburn.

STARTING ASAP - ONGOING ROLE
MONDAY TO FRIDAY
8.00am - 4.30pm

About the role;
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain reception area and meeting rooms
  • Data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Respond to general email enquiries
  • Order and manage office supplies
What is required;
  • Updated Resume
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Professional and polite telephone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well presented
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Passport / Birth Certificate
