Your Opportunity

Queensland Rail is seeking a motivated individual with strong communication skills to join our ETCS Readiness & Integration team as a Program Coordinator in Brisbane. This is a temporary opportunity until 31st July 2026.

In this role youll lead and coordinate activities that support the successful delivery of the Cross River Rail Operational Readiness program working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a key interface between Queensland Rail operations and the Cross River Rail program.
Coordinate communication processes and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple teams.
Monitor schedules milestones and interdependencies to ensure timely delivery.
Identify and resolve program issues and risks implementing practical solutions in collaboration with MPI teams.
Prepare reports dashboards and decision-making documents to support program outcomes.
Track documentation reviews and ensure compliance with interface agreements.

Strong interpersonal and consultation skills to build productive relationships.
High-level written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability to research analyse and solve problems in complex project environments.
Experience coordinating schedules reporting and managing budgets.
Initiative and adaptability to work independently and as part of a team
