As a Housekeeping Manager we rely on you to:

Allocate and supervise the work of the colleagues and formulate work plans.

Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis.

Supervise the team in the maintenance of guest rooms and replenish room supplies.

Ensure the quality of service delivered aligns with hotel guidelines and policies.

Maintain a high-performing team.

Communicate regularly with colleagues and maintain a good relationship.

Check the facilities and management of the guest rooms spot-check and improve the overall quality of work and work efficiency of the department.

Organize the preparation of departmental work procedures and work evaluation.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:

A minimum of 1 year in an equivalent position or 2 years as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel of repute.

Familiarity with the guest room management service process and quality standards.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to communicate and write with fluency in English as well as local language.

Customer oriented and has a can-do attitude.

Ablity to work flexible hours.

Commitment to professional values.
