We are seeking a End User Device Supervisor to:
- Supervise mentor and develop assigned staff including coaching skills development and knowledge transfer.
- Promote a collaborative professional and continuous-improvement team focused environment.
- Dive into implementations upgrades and troubleshoot.
- Engage with tools and technical support for data analysis and visualization.
- Be involved with opportunities to extract analyze and communicate data at all organizational levels.
- Provide leading edge and adaptable technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Healthcare Information Technology Business or related field (2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below) Required
- Bachelors Degree or Masters degree in Healthcare Information Technology Business or related field strongly preferred Preferred
Work Experience
- 3 years relevant experience Required
- 5 years relevant experience in a Healthcare setting Preferred
- Experience supervising staff strongly preferred Preferred
- Experience supporting business clinical non-clinical and ancillary systems in a 24x7 healthcare setting Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Professional certifications such as A MCS MCSE ITIL Preferred
