We are seeking a End User Device Supervisor to:

Supervise mentor and develop assigned staff including coaching skills development and knowledge transfer.
Promote a collaborative professional and continuous-improvement team focused environment.
Dive into implementations upgrades and troubleshoot.
Engage with tools and technical support for data analysis and visualization.
Be involved with opportunities to extract analyze and communicate data at all organizational levels.
Provide leading edge and adaptable technical solutions.

Qualifications

Associates Degree in Healthcare Information Technology Business or related field (2 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below) Required
Bachelors Degree or Masters degree in Healthcare Information Technology Business or related field strongly preferred Preferred

Work Experience

3 years relevant experience Required
5 years relevant experience in a Healthcare setting Preferred
Experience supervising staff strongly preferred Preferred
Experience supporting business clinical non-clinical and ancillary systems in a 24x7 healthcare setting Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Professional certifications such as A MCS MCSE ITIL Preferred
