Production Supervisor

A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily plant operations ensure production targets are met and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities and lead plant employees to meet safety quality and productivity goals
Coordinate production schedules and ensure efficient workflow across departments
Monitor production performance troubleshoot issues and resolve bottlenecks
Train coach and develop team members while maintaining a strong safety culture

Qualifications

35 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Experience managing production teams and meeting operational targets
