Job Summary

Allied Reliability is seekinga Nickel Chrome Supervisor for a plating operation. The Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring that all parts leaving the department meets high standards of quality safety and performance. This will be hands-on supervision providing technical expertise and process oversight for our nickel chrome plating lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Nickel Chrome department.
Oversee metal finishing processes including copper nickel chrome and related finishes.
Ensure all plating work meets customer and industry specifications.
Train mentor and develop finishing technicians to master the craft and grow their careers.
Maintain workflow efficiency safety compliance and production scheduling.
Monitor process controls chemical and equipment performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality safety and productivity.
Collaborate with Quality Engineering and Production teams to resolve process issues and maintain on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; technical or trade education preferred.
3 years of experience of metal finishing exereince.
Prior supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of plating chemistry surface preparation and process control.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
