Job Summary
Allied Reliability is seekinga Nickel Chrome Supervisor for a plating operation. The Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring that all parts leaving the department meets high standards of quality safety and performance. This will be hands-on supervision providing technical expertise and process oversight for our nickel chrome plating lines.

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Nickel Chrome department.
- Oversee metal finishing processes including copper nickel chrome and related finishes.
- Ensure all plating work meets customer and industry specifications.
- Train mentor and develop finishing technicians to master the craft and grow their careers.
- Maintain workflow efficiency safety compliance and production scheduling.
- Monitor process controls chemical and equipment performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality safety and productivity.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering and Production teams to resolve process issues and maintain on-time delivery.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical or trade education preferred.
- 3 years of experience of metal finishing exereince.
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of plating chemistry surface preparation and process control.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Safety-first mindset and commitment to quality excellence.
