About the Role
The Manager People & Culture will take ownership of the people and culture function at Womens Legal providing strategic advice developing and implementing P&C initiatives managing policies/procedures and delivering high quality service to a diverse workforce. With the HR Officer you will form a strong People and Culture team supporting managers and the broader team across the employee lifecycle.
About You
You are passionate about fostering a high-performance culture and driving positive change in a not-for-profit environment genuinely caring about peoples wellbeing and growth. You stay up to date on best practice HR functions across the employee lifecycle so that the way we work and the service we provide continues to be best practice. You have a strong interest in fostering a diverse workforce with a strong positive culture.
You have experience in general people and culture management ideally working with the SCHADS award. You take ownership of initiatives propose solutions and enjoy working with a broad range of team members to find the best way to proceed. Youre naturally collaborative and have strong skills in advising and providing counsel to staff at all levels. You are super organised with great time management skills.
