Job Summary

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for the Adult Neuro ICU to support night shift operations. This role requires strong critical care skills the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prior experience in high-acuity neurocritical care settings.
Schedules are fixed and time off exceeding seven (7) consecutive days will not be approved.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality patient care in an acute Neuro ICU setting
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and implement appropriate care plans
Monitor and manage critically ill neurological patients with minimal orientation
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Adhere to clinical protocols safety standards and documentation requirements
Required Qualifications
Active New York State RN license
BLS certification (must be current or eligible for recertification)
Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience (within the past 2 years) in a facility of comparable size and acuity
At least 1 year of Neuro ICU experience
Experience working in Level I Trauma Centers
Prior experience using EPIC Electronic Medical Records
Travelers must have experience in hospitals of equal or greater size or trauma level
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Compliance & Eligibility Requirements
No history of professional license or certification suspension or investigation
No prior involvement as a defendant in a professional liability claim
Verification of legal authorization to work in the United States
Successful completion of pre-employment health clearance
Subject to drug screening and criminal background checks
Vaccination Requirements (Facility Guidelines)
