The NRMA is the leader in road safety advocacy and our Driver Training team are looking for individuals who enjoy being involved in their local community and want to make a social impact on todays learner drivers. 

 

Our team of Trainers bring to The NRMA a unique mix of experience social and cultural diversity however the one thing they all have in common is their passion and dedication to help our learner drivers of today become safe and independent drivers.  

 

NRMAs Driver Training program is actively seeking an experienced Facilitator to join our team. 

 

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can confidently communicate with different people and are dedicated to providing young drivers with the confidence they need to be safe on the road. 

 

What Youll Do 

 

  • Facilitate NSW Safer Drivers Course for Learners with up to 12 participants on a regular basis 

  • Facilitate Road safety workshops for experienced drivers in the workplace 

  • Maximise the learning experience by delivering a highly engaging and professionally facilitated workshop and on road training 

  • Deliver high quality experience for a diverse range of industries and driver needs 

  • Accurately educate drivers on relevant laws and legislation concerning the topic matter 

  • Providing exceptional customer service 

  • Carrying out administrative tasks associated with the program 

 

What Youll Bring 

  • Completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment 

  • Demonstrated minimum twelve-month experience in facilitationin the workplace 

  • Being a current Safer Drivers Course facilitator would be beneficial but is not essential 

  • Completed working with children check in accordance with all requirements of the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012. 

  • Excellent communication skills
