Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and businesssavvy Program Manager with a strong MBA background to drive our Make vs Buy strategy and Asset Monetization initiatives across OSD manufacturing sites. This role requires close coordination with Site Heads the central planning team and key stakeholders ensuring seamless execution of strategic decisions related to product sourcing and capacity utilization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Make vs Buy Program Management
- Lead the endtoend evaluation and execution of Make vs Buy decisions for product lines.
- Work closely with Site Heads to track progress identify bottlenecks and ensure timely transitions.
- Partner with the relevant stakeholders and teams to validate cost structures capacity availability and supply chain implications.
- Develop business cases financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic recommendations.
2. Asset Monetization & Contract Manufacturing
- Drive the monetization of underutilized manufacturing assets by identifying and on boarding Contract Manufacturing opportunities.
- Collaborate with capacity planning teams to determine available capacity and align it with external demand.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential contract manufacturing partners.
- Support commercial negotiations by providing datadriven insights on capacity cost and operational feasibility.
3. CrossFunctional Program Leadership
- Serve as the central coordination point between Site Heads Operations Finance Supply Chain and manufacturing Strategy Infra planning team.
- Establish program governance dashboards and review mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Track KPIs timelines and deliverables across all sites and escalate risks proactively.
- Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and onground execution.
4. Data Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain program trackers dashboards and executivelevel reports.
- Use data to identify trends risks and opportunities for optimization.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear structured manner.
Qualifications :
- Engineering background and preferred MBA from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Program Management Strategy Operations Supply Chain or Manufacturing and Make vs Buy & Asset Monetization
- Experience working with multisite operations or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced matrixed environment with senior leadership visibility.
