Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Demi Chef to join our culinary team at Cocos Kitchen Bar. The ideal candidate will have a creative flair a strong passion for baking relevant experience and a solid understanding of food safety practices. If youre a team player with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a variety of desserts pastries and baked goods.
- Design seasonal and innovative dessert menus.
- Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain a clean organized workspace while adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications :

- Trade qualifications and previous experience in the hotel industry preferred.
- Extensive pastry experience.
- Strong knowledge of food safety requirements.
- Service-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to respond effectively to change.
- Ability to work a rotating roster including nights weekends and public holidays
