Job Summary

$30.68 per hour as a permanent part-time employee
Based in Doncaster - Melbourne VIC

The Role

Oversee the a la carte dining onsite on part-time basis two days per week
Every Tuesday 1pm to 8pm. Every Friday 1pm to 8pm
Plus: once a month on Wednesday & Thursday 8am to 2pm

The Person

Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
Previous kitchen management experience in a similar role
Experience in HACCP food safety and infection control
