The job description is as below:

-ordinate with sales team for every month dispatch schedule and collect date of machine from all sales persons.

meeting with purchase planning and production dept. regarding every month machine dispatch schedule and mail to co-responding depts.

daily planning to production supervisor regarding machine production.

daily reports of supervisor and fitters.

all sales team phones calls regarding machine status and if there is a urgency in machine then planning all machine manufacturing according to it.

machine pending bought out material follow-up as per dispatch schedule like bearings hardware etc.

machine fat conduct and also take care of its change parts.

-ordinate with dispatch and qc department regarding machine dispatch.

new employees join in production dept qc dept.

per monthly sales order planning body plated of all machines.

per machine dispatch schedules plan body fabrication of all machines and follow-up for machine body ensures that body will received dually time.

packman series machines take planning from sales team according that future planning give planning to purchase and planning depend follow-up for all parts that received in store dept.

machine electronics and electrics parts follow-ups and ensure that parts will received in store dually time. as per parts received in store check all material and if pending material then follow up for same.

machine electric wiring planning as per dispatch schedules.

in existing machine there are programming change then follow-up for programmer and give requirements to programmer.

existing machine in change in electronics dealer then all programming of machine is take care by us.

care of all fabrication and electric vendor for payments and all other problems.

per machine dispatch schedules planning all material of machine acrylic guarding and follow-up for same and ensure that material will received dually time.

per machine production sheet there is extra features like rejection printer etc then take care of this features ordering and installation in machine.

absence if dispatch dept person handle machine dispatch.

there is requirements of employees ( fitter / supervisor) then give requisition to Hr dept.

interview of employees and selection of them.

per dispatch schedules follow-up for pending machine parts from planning dept.

per pending machine orders give schedules to planning and purchase dept.

per dispatch schedules take care that machine should manufacture dually time for that follow-up with responsible dept.

dispatch of machine if there is any extra requirements by service dept then full fill same.

service engineer call regarding machine problems.

per R & D dept machine complete then check all machines bom as per rep.

vendor developments for R & D machines body fabrications.

daily reports.

per the customize machine parts assembly and trial errors of machine.

submit reports of dispatch machines shop floor stock.

and sign in machine dispatch sheet.
