What youll be doing
As Lead Housekeeper youll oversee the housekeeping function ensuring our learning location is always clean welcoming and ready for guests. Youll manage motivate and support your team taking an active role in recruiting training and developing staff.
Your office duties will include preparing staff rotas planning deep-cleaning activities and organising guest room changes. Youll also work alongside your team during changeovers and general housekeeping leading by example.
