What are we looking for
We are seeking an Events and Sponsorship Coordinator who will play a key role in bringing our brand to life through engaging events partnerships and sponsorships across both B2B and B2C financial services audiences.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised creative and passionate about delivering standout brand experiences. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and wider Marketing team you will help coordinate in-person and online events industry conferences and sponsorship activity ensuring every touchpoint is professional memorable and aligned with brand and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Events (In-Person and Online)
- Coordinate the delivery of a range of marketing events including:
- Industry conferences and third-party events
- Client partner and consumer-facing events
- Webinars virtual briefings and online education sessions
- Support event planning activities such as timelines run sheets budgets and supplier coordination
- Manage event logistics including venues catering AV registrations signage staffing and speaker support
- Coordinate online event setup including registrations reminders rehearsals and recordings
- Provide on-the-day support to ensure events and webinars run smoothly
- Assist with post-event follow-up and performance reporting
Sponsorship Partnerships & Conferences
- Support the delivery of sponsorship and partnership commitments across owned and third-party events
- Coordinate sponsor and partner inclusions such as logo placement signage digital assets merchandise and speaking sessions
- Assist with the coordination of industry conferences and exhibition stands including stand logistics freight and organiser requirements
- Help ensure every sponsorship activation delivers a positive engaging brand experience for attendees
Merchandise & Marketing Collateral
- Coordinate the production of branded merchandise and event collateral that supports campaigns and enhances the attendee experience
- Work with suppliers to source creative high-quality items aligned to brand guidelines
- Support stock management and distribution for events
Administration & Support
- Assist with event and sponsorship budgets purchase orders and invoice processing.
- Maintain event documentation schedules and supplier records.
- Support reporting on event outcomes and sponsorship delivery.
- Ensure all activity aligns with internal policies brand standards and compliance requirements particularly within a regulated financial services environment.
