Responsibilities
Onboarding specialists welcome newly hired employees to Northside Hospital and assist them with completion of all pre-employment requirements. The onboarding specialist ensures a seamless transition from the recruitment process through clear and accurate communication ensuring that the new hire remains engaged during the onboarding process and successfully completes orientation. Onboarding specialists facilitate background checks I-9s and completion of all required forms. Onboarding specialists collect education and employment documents review job description requirements and records accurate information in the Applicant Tracking System (iCims) and the Human Resources Information System (Ultipro). Onboarding specialists provide new hires with a high level of customer service demonstrating resourcefulness when resolving problems and strive to meet all department performance measures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Two years of Human Resources or Customer/Client facing clerical experience
PREFERRED:
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Two years of Human Resources or Customer/Client facing clerical experience
