We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Retail Marketing Specialist to join our Dallas this role you will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing retail marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and enhance customer engagement within retail environments.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams analyze campaign performance and contribute to the development of strategic marketing solutions that deliver tangible results.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement retail marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
Coordinate in-store promotional campaigns and merchandising initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and provide analytical reports with actionable insights
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitive positioning
Support the creation of marketing materials and retail activation concepts
Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and stakeholders
Qualifications :
Strong understanding of retail marketing principles and consumer behavior
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategy
Professional communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field preferred
