Job Summary
Position Overview
We are looking for a Travel Planning Specialist to help clients design seamless and memorable travel experiences for weddings and special occasions. This position focuses on coordinating travel arrangementsincluding lodging airfare group transportation and activitieswhile delivering attentive and personalized service.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to identify travel needs budgets and event details.
- Research destinations resorts venues flight options and group travel solutions.
- Coordinate and confirm reservations for accommodations air travel transfers and excursions.
- Prepare and distribute detailed itineraries confirmations and travel documentation.
- Provide prompt professional communication throughout the planning process.
- Maintain organized records of client information and booking details.
- Monitor destination updates supplier offerings and relevant travel guidelines.
Qualifications
