Job Summary
The Marketer / Salesperson professional will be responsible for driving admissions and building strong referral networks with hospitals physicians case managers and other healthcare providers. This role focuses on maintaining consistent community presence identifying growth opportunities and increasing overall facility visibility and occupancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals discharge planners and community partners
- Promoting SNF services to healthcare professionals and referral sources
- Increasing admissions and supporting census growth goals
- Conducting in-person visits presentations and follow-ups
- Tracking outreach efforts and reporting on marketing activity
- Representing the facility in a professional and knowledgeable manner
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in SNF healthcare marketing or healthcare sales preferred
- Strong communication networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
